Arm chair has balloon-shaped upholstered back; curved crest rail with carved shell and foliate scroll ornament at center; shaped stiles and straight lower seat rail; shaped arms with foliate-carved scrolled handholds; curved arm supports; fully upholstered seat; single row of metal tacks along upholstered outer edges; raked tapered square rear legs; reeded tapered round legs with ring turnings at top and base; and ovoid feet.
