Description

Design drawing titled "Table with Painted Decoration" rendered in pencil and colored pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Writing table has overhanging top with molded edge; eight square carved stiles followed by turned vasiform legs and rectangular block feet; one drawer with bail handle on each side of shallow center drawer with shaped apron; and lower shelf on each side. Table has red and green painted decoration throughout. Title, design notes and "Gen. Hayes" are handwritten on drawing. Drawing has been cut vertically into two pieces.
