Description

Drawings and a typewritten arrangement of the William C. Todd Memorial tablet for the Boston Public Library. In 1897, Todd gave $50,000 to the BPL to buy newspapers. Drawings included are: a pencil rendering of the memorial with green and yellow crayon on the back; two fragments in pencil; a full-scale ink drawing of the tablet; and a sketch.
