Description

Unbound album stored in black leather cover embossed with gold lettering reading "George Mixter" on the binding. Album includes twenty-three sepia tone prints, including twelve exterior views and eleven interior views, of a house in an unidentified location. The exterior views show the landscape as well as exterior details of the house, including doorways and fenestration. The interior views highlight features such as furniture, drapes, mantels, and panelling. Other features include scenic wallpaper and wallpaper with a ship pattern. All twenty-three prints are signed by Weber in the bottom right corner. The following is stamped on the verso of all twenty-three prints: "Paul J. Weber / Architectural photographer." William T. Aldrich was the architect for this house.
