Plan book for house designs published by The Boston Post. The first half of the plan book contains articles for house construction and maintenance, as well as the house designs. Each house design comes with a floor plan, an illustration of the house (provided by either Boston-based architects Robert Louis Stevenson or Byron E. Porter), and a paragraph describing unique features of the house. The latter half of the plan book contains advertisements for businesses selling housing or construction products, mostly Massachusetts-based.
