Description

The talcum powder is advertised as an antidote to prickly heat, chafing and sunburn. It can be used after bathing or shaving and is suitable for children. The product is called "The National Safeguard of American complexions and summer comfort." In the illustration a boy sailor waves from a floating container of talcum powder with ships in the background. The ad is from the "Sunday Magazine," August 4, 1907.
