Description

This folder contains pieces of correspondence between William Sumner Appleton and donors, an information tag from the original SPNEA museum, and one decorative pin fashioned after a gift from Queen Isabella to Christopher Columbus, possibly given as a reward of merit, along with a sheet explaining its significance. Also here is the Pearson family collection of rewards from Amhest, New Hampshire, and donation-related correspondence with Appleton.
