"Commode of Sabricue"

Description

Design drawing titled "Commode of Sabricue" rendered in pencil on trace. Front view is shown. Neoclassical-style rectangular night table has overhanging top with beaded molding below; one shallow drawer with two round pulls; square legs; one cabinet below; and four cuffed spade feet. Cabinet door has inlaid or painted garland and swag ornamentation; legs may be reeded or have painted or inlaid stringing. Title, design notes, "11539," and "19811" are handwritten on drawing. Also handwritten are "Mar. 16 - 1907 / J. B. W." and "Made for Edward Goepper."
