Swivel arm chair has deep rectangular crest which slants backward; rectangular caned splat; straight lower back rail; rectangular stiles which flow into straight arms with scrolled ends; tapered columnar arm supports with cylinder and ring tunings; upholstered seat with single row of metal tacks along front edge; straight seat rails; and swivel mechanism atop four curved legs with casters. "676" is handwritten on drawing.
