One folder containing materials titled "Kathy Ryan's Colonial Primer by Royal Barry Wills." Materials include: fourteen pages in ink on trace with original sketches and text describing the evolution of the Cape Cod and Colonial styles of houses; a stapled photocopy which contains additional pages not present in the original sketches; and a photocopy of an article from the February 1960 issue of House & Home magazine. The article titled "Colonial Primer: The New England Tradition and Royal Barry Wills" includes some of the sketches.
