Trade card is printed in full color "Compliments of the Globe Buffer Co. 25 Tremont Street, Boston, only manufacturer of Globe Flexible Insoles". Printed on two sides in full color, the advertisement depicts an ocean scene with steamships, sailboats, and marine life, while the verso depicts cherubs, a colorful and stylized border, the company's guarantee, trademark, and additional advertising copy. In small print in the lower right are the words "W.H. Butler, Agt.Lith Phila."
