Text on the front cover reads, "Fire-safe homes of permanent beauty. Ideal home built by Topeka Daily Capital, Topeka, Kansas." Senator Arthur Capper was also the publisher of the Topeka Daily Capital which paid for the construction of the house used as the fire safe house model described in the magazine.
