Description

Set of twelve architectural drawings of "The Pastures" ice cream restaurant for Gilbert M. Betts in Schenectady, New York (commission #1561) including six elevations, five plans, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills or Richard Wills; some drawings are dated. Also present are three blueprints from the Grand Rapids Cabinet C. showing the fixture plan and serving units.

Drawings depict a two-story barn-like structure with attached silo and a one-story wing. Building houses an ice cream restaurant, an antique shop, and a two bedroom apartment.
