Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a hip roof and a brick and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, three bedrooms, sewing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A play room with fireplace is on the basement level.
