Set of ten architectural drawings of house for builder Paul Flynn in Waltham, Massachusetts (commission #715) including five elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. All drawings are dated and signed by Merton S. Barrows, Amelia Brooks Valtz, or Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle roof and a clapboard, shingle, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, dressing room, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
