Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with one dormer, red cyrpus shingle roof, and cypress siding on the exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
