Set of fifteen architectural drawings of house for Richard H. Grogan in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #381) including four elevations, three plans, and eight details. One drawing is dated and signed "R B W."
Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a slate saltbox roof and a clapboard and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, study, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
