Set of eight architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #376) including four elevations, three plans, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with two front dormers, a slate roof, and a brick, stucco, and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car attached garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
