Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Percy Winters (commission #339) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed. Location is not known.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a stone, stucco, and board exterior. House has vestibule, living room, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
