Description

Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #188) including four elevations, four plans, three framing plans, and plot plan. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed. House was built for developer Walter H. Haker.

Drawings depict a two-story five-bay Colonial Revival-style house with a slate gambrel roof and a brick and clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage. One plan shows a possible additional bedroom and bathroom in attic.
