Description

The members dined on such dishes as cream of mushroom soup, sea bass, filet of beef, frozen pudding and Punch 1812. A reproduction is included of the "U.S. frigate Constitution (Old Ironsides)" painted by Marshall Johnson, copyrighted 1896 by A.W. Elson & Company, Boston. The "Old Ironsides" poem by Oliver Wendell Holmes is printed in the item. A War of 1812 medal is on the menu cover.
