Description

Untitled design drawing rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Queen Anne-style low chest of drawers has overhanging top with molded edge; four drawers in a one-over-three arrangement; carved fan on bottom center drawer front; bail handles and bat-wing backplates on other drawers; shaped skirt with two turned drop pendants; and four slender cabriole legs with slipper feet. Title, design notes, "Mahog. for L. S. Conant" and "Det. Jan 26 - 1901" are handwritten on drawing.
