This series consists of the papers of Reverend James Weston (d. ca. 1876), father of Elizabeth Bancroft Weston (who was wife of Avery Williams Marrett), including correspondence, legal records, literary papers, and professional papers. This series includes many sermons written by Rev. Weston, and it includes some material documenting Rev. Westons involvement with the Lebanon (Maine) Temperance Society.
